We urgently needed a competent veterinarian after our dog seriously injured herself on a walk. At first, we couldn't assess the severity of the injury and were very worried. Our usual veterinarian turned us away rudely and offered us an afternoon appointment, even though she was bleeding continuously. We arrived at Dr. Stapelmann's practice as soon as it opened and didn't have to wait long. Everyone was very friendly, and Dr. Stapelmann immediately put us all at ease. With her relaxed manner, she explained everything to us and treated our dog expertly and gently. All's well that ends well. We will probably continue to use this practice, even though it's not exactly around the corner.
