Hello everyone, I'm not usually one to write bad Google reviews, but in this case, I unfortunately have to. Ms. Lodowicks treated me very badly and disrespectfully because of a bad Google review my sister gave me. This morning, I went to Ms. Lodowicks's with our dog, Lia, for a routine check-up. Everything went smoothly until I asked if she could put the bill in my sister's name. She absolutely refused because the dog was registered to my mother. I explained that the dog was registered to my sister and lives there. She replied that if she did that, my sister could accuse her of document forgery, and that she wouldn't put it past my sister to do that because of a bad Google review. Honestly, I've never seen anything so disrespectful in my life. If I could, I'd give her zero stars. Have a nice day! :)

A fantastic veterinarian and a great team. Our Maja received excellent care and was handled very gently. It was our first time there, and we were able to get an appointment immediately. Everything was explained to us. We highly recommend Dr. Lodowicks' veterinary practice.

I took my cat there for a pre-neuter examination. They quoted me a price of around €220–250 over the phone, but when I arrived, they suddenly said it would be at least €310. The cat was only weighed; nothing else was examined. I didn't have a good feeling about it and will go somewhere else.

I came in as an emergency because my cat was very ill. My usual vet had permanently closed her practice, and I hadn't been informed. Despite this, I was greeted very warmly, and my cat received excellent care. I will now be a regular patient and highly recommend this practice.
