⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An exceptional veterinarian – both professionally and personally As the mother of a very animal-loving child, I want to express my heartfelt thanks. Dr. Gilles is far more than "just" a veterinarian to us. He treats animals and people with respect, calm, and great expertise – and he takes children seriously. My son Piet is the youngest independent DGHT member in Germany and lives for terrariums. Dr. Gilles doesn't ridicule this passion, but rather recognizes, encourages, and supports it. He explains things patiently, doesn't make accusations, takes his time, and imparts knowledge in a way that gives children courage and strengthens their sense of responsibility. The way he handled our Yemen chameleon, Jimmy, was particularly moving for us. Despite the sad prognosis, we felt honestly, clearly, and at the same time very empathetically supported. We were given the message: You did everything right – some things are simply beyond our control. This has helped us a lot in coping with our loss. As a mother, I can say: This is exactly the kind of veterinarian you want for your child. Expertly superb, exceptionally kind, and with a genuine understanding of the next generation of responsible pet owners. A vet with a big heart! The ladies at reception are super nice and always answer questions with a smile. Mr. Gilles takes plenty of time and answers every question. My cat is very anxious, so he takes him very slowly, coaxes him with treats, strokes him, and talks to him so he doesn't get stressed. I come all the way from Neuss to Jüchen, and it's totally worth the trip. Highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars Dr. Gilles' veterinary practice is the best vet in the world! He's incredibly kind and never blames anyone. He explains everything so clearly that even children can understand. Whenever one of my animals is sick, he always calmly helps us and gives us lots of great advice. He also comforts us when we're sad and takes plenty of time for us and our animals. I've learned so much from him. When I grow up, I want to be a vet too—just like Dr. Gilles! Thank you so much for everything! 🦎💚 — Piet (7 years old)
