It may be that Dr. Aumann is technically competent. However, she and her team lack empathy for the person behind the animal. Here, one encounters arrogance bordering on contempt for humanity.

A compassionate veterinarian and a fantastic practice team who keep a cool head even when the practice is packed and there are numerous emergencies, always keeping the well-being of their four-legged patients in mind. Thank you :)

Here, you and your pet, in this case my dog, feel completely at ease. The staff are on familiar terms with the animals, treating them with respect and understanding. Treatment costs are reasonable. I can highly recommend this practice.

I am very satisfied with the help and care I received at the Steinforth veterinary practice of Dr. Nicola Aumann. They took plenty of time, explained various options to me, and always gave a clear personal recommendation from the veterinarian, which I greatly appreciated. My cat was treated very gently and calmly. I especially appreciated that they referred us directly to a veterinary clinic when medically necessary – transparently and in the animal's best interest. My two other cats will also visit this practice in the future if needed. I searched for a long time for a veterinary practice where I felt truly well cared for – and now I've finally found it.
