Our sow was sick (erysipelas), with a fever of 42.5°C. She came late in the evening and treated our sow. Excellent veterinarian. (She only treats large animals.)
0 stars. The vet is on emergency duty and unavailable! Not even the Thuringia Animal Emergency Hotline can reach this vet!
I've called several times and no one ever answers the phone, and even when I go there in person, there's no one there. It's as if the practice doesn't even exist. 😕
If I could, I wouldn't give any stars. My 8-month-old dog is howling in pain in the background, and they tell me to go somewhere else even though I live in the same town. If something happened to my pet while I was on vacation, would they send me there too? Absolutely no help whatsoever. It's an absolute disgrace, especially for an 8-month-old puppy.
