Kleintierpraxis am Markt

A wonderful veterinarian with a lot of empathy and a real heart for animals. We were very satisfied with the treatment.

I had to take my cat to the emergency vet after she fell out of a window, and Dr. Berezina was our veterinarian that night. She was incredibly empathetic and understanding—both in her handling of my cat and with me during this stressful situation. Every step was explained calmly and clearly, so I felt well cared for at all times. I would especially like to emphasize that we maintained close contact by phone in the days following the emergency call. She regularly checked in on my cat and discussed further steps with me. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Berezina. Truly excellent—thank you so much for everything!

The small animal practice "am Markt" is a real asset to Mühltroff. I had a truly positive experience with the veterinarian. From the very beginning, she exuded calm and treated my pet with remarkable empathy. She explained each step calmly and clearly, so as an owner, I didn't feel nervous but instead developed confidence. The treatments seem meticulously planned, and you can tell that your pet's well-being is truly her top priority. The modern practice is well-organized, appointments are reliably scheduled, and Ms. Berezina is friendly and competent. Highly recommended: If you're looking for an excellent, empathetic, and calm veterinarian, this is the place to go.

I got an appointment quickly and easily. On site, you meet a very friendly and empathetic veterinarian who is clearly interested in your pet's well-being. She exudes an incredible calmness and explains every step of the treatment as well as her diagnosis in detail. She seems very competent and takes the necessary time for each patient.

We took our two male and one female cat to the vet today. She not only had a calming effect on our animals, but also on us as their owners. She was very kind and professional. Our animals immediately trusted her, which made the examination relatively relaxed for everyone. One of our male cats needs surgery, and the vet is making sure we get the right clinic and that our cat receives the best possible treatment. Thank you so much; we will continue to go to Ms. Berezina's practice. Besides the professional care, the cost is also absolutely fine.
