I've been a loyal customer for many years. Mr. Eidner is a very good veterinarian. However, today, a woman chased me away with my cat, who needed follow-up treatment for an emergency while my vet was on vacation. She said there were no more consultation hours.

Mr. Eidner is a truly competent, helpful, and friendly veterinarian. However, the lady on the phone is absolutely unfriendly and constantly irritable. This is completely unacceptable and should be reconsidered by the veterinarian immediately.
