I've often taken my dog ​​to this practice for minor ailments and always feel well-advised and cared for by the veterinarians. In emergencies, you can always get an appointment quickly, and all the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. Yesterday, my dog ​​went for a dental cleaning, and everything from the initial consultation to picking him up was incredibly well-organized. Everything was discussed and explained, and the individual needs of the animal were taken into account. And his teeth look fantastic again! 😁 It's also great for our area that the practice is available for emergencies outside of regular hours. I highly recommend this practice.

They've been our vet for years, and since the practice opened in Zeulenroda, we also take our small animals there. Everyone is always friendly and professional, no matter what the animals' ailments are. And the price-performance ratio is excellent. I enjoy going there, and for larger animals, you only need to call Mr. Röhler, and he always arranges things as quickly as possible. In emergencies, he's there immediately. Top team!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this veterinary practice. The organization seemed chaotic, and despite my pet's very poor condition, I had to wait a very long time. My questions over the phone were only superficially answered, and I didn't feel that my pet's well-being was being adequately considered.

I have only positive things to say. My dog ​​received immediate help (of course) over the weekend. The staff were friendly, and the price was perfectly reasonable for a weekend appointment. Thank you!
