What a wonderful, empathetic veterinarian! Unfortunately, fate dealt us a double blow. Almost two weeks ago, our German Shepherd suffered a gastric torsion. Ms. Frank quickly helped us, advising us to go to the animal hospital immediately, thus saving his life. The follow-up visits after the surgery were also friendly, calm, and professional. Then, on Friday, we sadly had to say goodbye to our Husky. After two veterinarians refused to come to our house (the dog was no longer fit to travel), Ms. Frank was able to help us again. This allowed us to say goodbye to our dog in peace, and she passed away peacefully in the presence of everyone and in her familiar surroundings. Thank you so much for all the advice and your wonderful way with animals. You can tell how much heart and soul you put into it.
I took my cat to the vet last week. From the very first phone call, I knew I was in the right place. The staff were easygoing, and the vet was incredibly empathetic—I immediately felt completely at ease. Unfortunately, nothing more could be done for my Stupsi, which I had already suspected. Stupsi was put to sleep. The staff's compassionate approach put me at ease. Thank you all so much! This week, I had an appointment with my cat. I was quite worried, as she can be a bit prickly with some strangers. She was so sweet and patiently endured all the examinations, including the injections. I can highly recommend Dr. Frank and her team. It's a lovely, modern practice with ample parking right outside.
