The practice has a warm, calm atmosphere from the moment one walks in. The receptionists are always very friendly, the veterinarians are mindful and really show care and compassion for the animals. They do thorough examinations to find the problem in the least invasive way possible. The care and gentle nature makes the whole experience a little less stressful for animal and human alike. (They are also happy to assist in English which makes it easier to communicate the problem whilst one is still learning German).

We could not be happier with Dr. Llewellyn and both of our dogs adore her and Caro! Thank you for taking such good care of our most important family members. We are all very lucky to have found such a caring and kind practice. All of our visits are in English too, which is so helpful to us being newer to Germany.

I cannot stop recommending this clinic. They were able to give us an appointment in short notice due to the severity of my Dogs condition and they treated him with such good care and love. They made sure to explain everything that was going on and answered all of my questions, even those from my partner who was on the phone. Thank you very much !

A very warm and loving atmosphere. My two little dogs feel completely at ease there. My little dog handled all the examinations very well and immediately lined up for treats afterward. It was so sweet to watch. Although the reason I have to go to the internist is very sad and stressful for me, the doctor and all the staff managed to keep the atmosphere positive, cheerful, and stable. When I heard my dog's little heart beating and saw the movements on the screen, tears welled up in my eyes. That moment touched me deeply. I sincerely hope that the treatment I've started will allow me to spend many more wonderful years with my little dogs. I'm so glad I went to this practice on a recommendation and feel I'm receiving excellent and highly competent advice here.
