Great vet. I didn't need him often, but he frequently helped me and my furry friends with advice over the phone 🙄 He takes the time to address all concerns and problems.

My father, in shock after the sudden heatstroke and death of our old family dog, called this vet. The vet then irritably asked him what he should do and assured him he certainly wouldn't dispose of the dog. First of all, our dog will definitely not be disposed of, but will be given a proper burial. Furthermore, especially in a profession like this, one should be aware that someone calling in shock is likely to be aware of this. My father wondered if he needed some kind of confirmation to deregister the dog. He was very attached to the dog, and to hear how he was treated on the phone was simply awful. We had previously been there for a simple dental issue and to have our guinea pigs neutered; my mother was alone then, and he seemed friendly. I am very, very disappointed. To be treated like that in such an emotional moment is something no one should experience.

We had to get the rabbit vaccinated and microchipped. We contacted him on Monday and everything was arranged for the same day. The rabbit wasn't very upset. He explained the next steps and the necessary paperwork. We didn't use any treatment, so I can't comment on that.

Yesterday we had to have our beloved dog put to sleep. The vet was incredibly empathetic and compassionate! He gave us plenty of space and time to say goodbye, and he was very sensitive to both us as owners and to our dog. Our dog experienced no stress and was able to cross the Rainbow Bridge peacefully. Thank you again for that!

This was my first time at this veterinarian, and I'm very satisfied. The atmosphere was relaxed, both for my dogs and for me. The dental treatment was carried out professionally and gently, and I'm very happy with the result. The price is also perfectly reasonable. Highly recommended!
