Super friendly contact and great staff. An extremely empathetic veterinarian. My cat had never been examined before. He took a lot of time and didn't stress the cat at all. Truly wonderful.

A veterinary practice where you truly feel well cared for I am completely satisfied with this veterinary practice. The entire team is incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. Even the accessibility is excellent: You get quick answers via the Animal Chat and have many options for easily resolving any concerns. I would especially like to commend the veterinarian himself: He is highly skilled, yet explains everything in a way that even a layperson can understand – without jargon or beating around the bush. Furthermore, I was seen one day shortly before closing time and still received thorough and unhurried treatment, even beyond regular opening hours. Of course, this shouldn't be the norm, but it demonstrates how much they value genuine patient care. And that deserves recognition. Aftercare is equally reliable, and you are always presented with several sensible options. The practice's prices are absolutely fair – sure, you should always expect the occasional minor fluctuation, but nothing out of the ordinary. Important to know: They are currently not accepting new patients. However, for all existing patients, it's a truly top-notch practice. Conclusion: Consistently positive on all levels – from consultation and treatment to pricing. A practice you can entrust your animals to with complete peace of mind.

Due to a botched treatment by our previous vet, I switched to this practice over a year ago and am very happy with my decision. Everyone is incredibly understanding and patient (I have a little anxious patient who usually isn't at his best), and I have complete confidence in entrusting my animals to their care.
