I was there for the first time with my dog ​​for an emergency. We received calm and efficient help. Despite the emergency surcharge (outside of regular hours), it was affordable. They also gave a practical and situation-specific recommendation for further action. The waiting room is large, open, and bright. There's excellent parking right in front of the entrance, yet still plenty of space for the animals to relieve themselves. After just one visit, I can only give it 4 stars, but it has the potential for more.

We are incredibly grateful for the quick and competent help from this veterinary practice! Our cat had to undergo emergency surgery twice within two days after a serious and life-threatening intestinal problem was diagnosed. From the very beginning, we were taken seriously, even though we initially expected a wait. After describing the symptoms, they acted immediately. The veterinarians were empathetic, honest, and highly professional. Every step was explained to us clearly, and the risks were also communicated openly, which helped us immensely despite the difficult situation. The rapid diagnosis, intensive care, and decisive action saved our cat's life! You can truly tell that the animals' well-being is their top priority. Our little darling is now doing well again and on the road to recovery 🫶🏻 Many, many thanks to the entire team! ❤️
