We had to take our dog to the emergency vet today. The practice and team were fantastic. Unfortunately, we had to stay quite late due to her symptoms, but we felt very comfortable and well cared for by Ms. Timmig and her colleagues. Our dog was treated with great sensitivity and care, and we were able to take her home this evening. Thank you so much for the excellent care!

Wanting to euthanize animals without making a diagnosis first... Edit after the practice's response: You seriously want to tell us that you worked CAREFULLY without even looking at the animal? I'm not blind 🤭 If the cat was in its carrier the ENTIRE time and they only talked to us – how can you make a diagnosis? But the diagnosis was made without any examination whatsoever. We then decided to have a biopsy done – to be sure what was wrong with the animal and whether it was really THAT critical. Then they immediately offered us euthanasia again, that they simply wouldn't let the animal wake up... without the biopsy results? I don't understand the logic behind that. If you're also using the latest technology, like the Vetscan Imagyst, and charging for it, shouldn't you get the results relatively quickly and not after 3 days after you had to ask yourself?! And that's the crux of the matter, which is simply unacceptable. We have switched to the veterinary clinic in Düsseldorf and do not wish to have any further communication with you.
