Suddenly my dog was standing on three legs... and I was able to come in on Friday afternoon. My dog (and I) were greeted very warmly and given a thorough examination. Everything was explained to me very well. The fact that our dog and I were then able to meet the staff member's charming Landseer dog really helped us calm down after all the excitement.
