A wonderful and competent veterinarian who handles the animals with great empathy. Our dog Mulan feels well cared for.

Our beloved Coco had to die because Ms. Wollborn didn't recognize that Coco had pulmonary edema, despite listening to his lungs with a stethoscope and the many signs our dog gave. Unfortunately, we couldn't see it, but Ms. Wollborn, as a veterinarian, should have recognized it and treated him immediately. I'm writing these lines with tears in my eyes because with immediate treatment, our Coco would still be alive. He died a painful death in our arms. We received a cortisone injection because she attributed it to an allergy, and then she sent us home. His condition worsened, and when I arrived home, his tongue turned blue. Sadly, that's when I realized something was wrong. I rushed to the animal hospital, but my little bear didn't make it and suffocated in the car. The grief is deep in our hearts because he was the best dog, full of energy, and he loved us and life so much. He had to die because she didn't recognize his condition.

When we arrived, she said, "Oh, it's not that bad." Even though his body temperature was also abnormal, and she listened to his lungs but didn't notice that they were already full of fluid due to pulmonary edema, he received a cortisone injection, and we were sent home. Unfortunately, we trusted her and didn't realize how serious the situation was; after all, we weren't veterinarians. At home, his tongue turned blue, and we immediately rushed to the animal hospital, but my little angel didn't make it. He suffocated in the car. We are incredibly angry, furious, and heartbroken. If we had been in the right hands, our little treasure would still be alive and have a loving home. Her medical competence should be questioned. Since then, we've heard several times that we're not the first case where an animal has died because of her mistakes.

Today I took my youngest cat there to be spayed. After moving to Nettetal, I switched to her vet and have been going there with both my cats for a year now. My opinion of Dr. Wollborn hasn't changed. She takes her time, explains things clearly, and is very competent. I trust her completely. We feel very well cared for and will keep coming back.

Now the practice is closed permanently and I will never be able to access my dog's records (x-rays, etc.). They could have at least given me some notice, and then I could have picked them up.
