Our pony had been under Dr. Hartmann's care for a year and a half. Last week, his condition deteriorated so drastically that I called Dr. Hartmann on Wednesday morning at 7:30 a.m. and told him we had to have him put down before he collapsed. Since then, I've been waiting for his call; he said he would get in touch. In the meantime, our pony collapsed and had to be euthanized in his stall by a vet I didn't know. This really shouldn't have happened. It gives the impression that when there's nothing more to be gained, we become unimportant to him. There's a real lack of love for animals here!
They've been looking after our ponies for many years. We highly recommend them; they're always reliable and absolutely competent!
