I can't offer a well-informed opinion about the vet's professional competence at this point. My mare was only vaccinated. However, I can speak to the customer service, which in my case was abysmal. When I politely inquired why the travel fee was charged multiple times for a group vaccination appointment, I was labeled a delinquent payer, offered a 50% discount, and told to find a new vet. I hope that the vet will be more professional in treating and diagnosing animals.

Incredibly knowledgeable. She explained the anatomy very clearly, making it easy to understand what our mare was probably lacking. She was also very friendly and punctual. Absolutely fantastic!

I was extremely dissatisfied with the treatment my mare received from Dr. Lütke-Vestert during an acute colic episode. The proposed treatment with paraffin oil (3 liters to be administered directly into the horse's mouth with a 60ml syringe) was, in my opinion, inappropriate and unfortunately brought no improvement. Due to this misdiagnosis, I had to consult another veterinarian, who immediately referred me to a clinic. My mare underwent emergency surgery there. I cannot recommend this veterinarian.
