I would come to you from Neuss anytime. I was there today during the emergency service with my cat. So empathetic and approachable. Fantastic. Thank you so much 🙏🏼 I felt much better after the visit, and so did my cat, of course.

I can't agree with "Bibi's" review. Okay, it may be that you're stuck on the admittedly annoying hold, but what other doctor would be any different? I don't know of any. It seems to me that an extremely impatient and probably "exclusive" client wrote here, who thinks everyone has to be ready immediately when "Bibi" calls. Sorry, "Bibi," that's not how the world works. In an emergency, "pack up" your pet, go there, and you'll be seen as soon as possible. In this practice, emergencies are truly seen first!!! "BIBI," stay calm and put your needs aside, because you and your pet are not "the center of the world"!!! I also LOVE my pet (a miniature schuezer). But if it's not feeling well, I go there IMMEDIATELY and wait. And if I just have a question or need an appointment, I have time to try repeatedly to contact the practice. So, what are you criticizing here??? YOU and your pet are (as I've said repeatedly) not "the center of the world"! SHAME!!!
