She's very caring with the animals, makes house calls for anxious dogs, and so much more. She has a heart of gold and all our dogs love her. Our cat was very ill. At the veterinary clinic where she was initially treated, there was no improvement. They repeatedly failed to administer the weight-adjusted medication. We then switched to Ms. Klappert, who didn't give up. Thanks to her and the correct treatment, our cat is now completely healthy and absolutely fit. ❤️ Thank you!!!!

We were at the practice last night as an emergency case. Ms. Wagner Klappert took an incredible amount of time, examined our dog very thoroughly, and helped us clarify the situation with our regular vet regarding emergency surgery for a uterine infection. We were at the practice for a good three hours, and I felt safe every minute. She's a person with a huge heart and great empathy, both for the animals and for the people.
