My cat came home as usual in the evening, had eaten, and then came to bed with me, like every night. But then he jumped off the bed and fell, which was strange. We didn't know what was wrong, so we called, and they were able to come immediately and help us!! He was about 2 years old then, and now he's 9 and full of life ❤

We had an urgent emergency with our rabbit because it couldn't breathe. We were told it couldn't be saved, and that was simply unacceptable to me.

I am very dissatisfied with the service. I needed a vet nearby, and they couldn't help us. My pet suddenly had diarrhea and couldn't breathe (he was in danger of suffocating!!). So we called their emergency number. When we explained the situation, she wasn't very friendly on the phone and said she didn't have time to help us. ("Even emergency patients need an appointment.") In my opinion, this shouldn't happen!! Since she couldn't help us, we had to find another vet... but we had to drive an hour to get there. My pet had to suffer for over an hour before finally getting to the vet. Because he was getting worse by the minute, and 60 minutes is a long time, he was eventually euthanized. The ambulance arrived too late.

In the past, we always took our older dog and cat to Ms. Buttler for veterinary care, and she consistently provided the same high-quality, professional treatment (whether for neutering/spaying or vaccinations). Therefore, we chose Ms. Buttler again as our veterinarian when we got a new dog (as a puppy). Ms. Buttler has also provided excellent care and attention to our Bernese Mountain Dog, who is now nine months old. Her many tips and suggestions, such as advice on choosing the right food, have always been helpful.
