I'm very pleasantly surprised. It was my first time there today. Not only I, but also my dog, immediately felt welcome and well-advised. The examination was calm and completely comfortable for the dog. Unfortunately, I've had different experiences elsewhere. All in all, I'm totally satisfied and annoyed that I hadn't heard of this practice sooner.
They were able to come immediately after I called with my injured cat. Dr. Kruse and her staff were very kind. They explained everything and informed me about the costs. I found the prices very reasonable. The cat received immediate care. I was able to take her home again after 1 1/2 hours. Many thanks to Dr. Krause and her team. They helped me a lot! 👍🫶
Finally found a practice where you can confidently and happily entrust your pet to an examination! 😍😍 The team is truly wonderful, from reception to the veterinarians. 😍😍 Both pet and owner felt immediately at ease.
