We were thrilled with our Yorkshire Terrier's surgery today. The team was lovely and friendly; they took their time, listened attentively, and answered all our questions. It couldn't have gone better. We can wholeheartedly recommend veterinarian Mörmel.

Dr. Wald and Dr. Mörmel helped our dog with her aural hematoma honestly, lovingly, and without any profit motive. If your dog has an aural hematoma, seek their advice. Our dog, now 14 years old, is living a happy life and feels completely at ease. It's the only veterinary practice our dog doesn't enter with a great deal of panic. And our dog has a very good sense for people who mean well! That simply wasn't the case at other practices. Last year, we took our hamster to a different vet first, and then through the emergency service, we came to Dr. Mörmel – and stayed with him. I can't find the words to describe how warmly he and his team treated our little hamster, how they took their time, and how seriously they took helping him. Unfortunately, our little hamster friend passed away this evening. We were at the clinic twice today, and they really fought for him. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the loving care. We are also grateful for how you treated our little patient, "Whity," with such love and expertise, as if he were a "big animal" – something that, sadly, cannot be said of all veterinarians.
