I am very grateful to Dr. Lorenz. When another veterinarian canceled my appointment at short notice due to staff shortages, I was able to bring my rabbit to Dr. Lorenz within an hour. My rabbit had stopped eating or was eating very poorly and, at almost 10 years old, is no longer a youngster, but its teeth needed to be cleaned and treated due to its advanced age. Everything was handled very quickly and with compassion and understanding for both the animal and its owner. I would go to him again without hesitation because I felt very well advised and comfortable. The friendliness of the doctor and the receptionists was simply outstanding.
