Reviews
The entire practice team is super nice and you feel very well cared for.
Dr. Marx performed emergency surgery on my dog for an intestinal obstruction, and the entire team acted professionally and competently. I especially appreciate their willingness to be available 24/7 for owners of sick animals. Many thanks to Dr. Marx and his team for that.
This vet is an absolute disaster. He offers emergency service on weekends, which unfortunately you have to use every now and then. If you then bring a guinea pig in for treatment, you are treated in such a disrespectful manner, something I have never experienced before. Just because you go to a different vet because it's close to where you live. Statements like "the other vet is too lazy to take care of his patients" and "he's always the stupid one who has to treat other people's animals" are just two examples from this conversation. On top of that, you had to pay a lot of money to be told something like that. Extremely overpriced for a small animal. If the gentleman is overwhelmed with his weekend shifts, he should reconsider whether he wants to continue doing it. Or he should only offer his emergency service for his own patients, which would be a shame, because you really just want to help the poor animals.... We will definitely never set foot in this practice again.
