Worst vet I have ever seen. My dog would have died if I had listened to them. He was diagnosed with a metastatic tumor. The vets said he was 100% going to die, but then we went to a clinic and they said the opposite: he won't die, they just need to remove it, and he won't die. Personally, I wouldn't pay attention to the reviews; this is a terrible small animal veterinary practice. NOT RECOMMENDED!

I'm very happy with the practice! Both veterinarians are incredibly loving with the animals, competent, and very conscientious. I especially appreciate Ms. Reinhardt – she thinks beyond conventional medicine and incorporates alternative treatment options. My dog senses the warmth and care in the practice, which makes visits there particularly pleasant. Highly recommended!

I took my cat to the vet's office for the first time today and I'm very satisfied. The vet was very friendly, calm, and took plenty of time to explain everything clearly. We felt very well cared for and will definitely come back. Thank you so much!

We are absolutely dissatisfied with this practice and will be switching to another one in the future. In August, we took one of our cats there, and a veterinarian diagnosed her with a mammary tumor. We were told that surgery would be necessary, or we could take her home on a palliative care basis, meaning she would only receive active pain medication. Since she is already older, we preferred the second option. Two days later, someone from the veterinary office came to our door wanting to examine our cats, prompted by a report from a "concerned" citizen that we were letting this poor cat suffer. We were given a deadline: surgery or our cats would be taken away. We had to seek outside help, among other things, because of the high costs, and ultimately had the cat operated on. It took a long time for the surgical wound/stitches to heal, but at the last check-up, the vet assured us that she was now perfectly healthy and would live a long time. Two days ago, we had to take this cat to the veterinary clinic due to a sudden and drastic deterioration in her condition. Long story short, she had to be euthanized because there was nothing else that could be done. If this had been communicated and handled differently from the beginning, we would have been sad, but not so upset. This is absolutely unacceptable!
