We recently took our dog to the vet for treatment of a dewclaw. The claw was almost completely torn off, and Ms. Ladugga removed it. The appointment, including the treatment, lasted approximately 10-15 minutes. The bill came to €93.92 (gross). However, it also included two items for services that were not performed: a thorough clinical examination of individual organs (€17.25 net) and wound irrigation (€16 net). Unfortunately, we only checked the bill at home. When we called to inquire, we were told this was standard practice. The treatment itself was fine. However, we will be using a different vet in the future, as we do not want to pay for services that were not provided.

We had to take our dog to the vet on a Saturday while on vacation. Ms. Ladugga was on call, and we were more than satisfied. After a brief, friendly phone call, we were at the practice 45 minutes later. The vet was friendly, competent, and understanding, and our dog was treated with loving care. The price was very fair for an emergency service. We highly recommend Ms. Ladugga and would definitely go back if we are ever in the area. Thank you so much!

I took my dog to Dr. Ladugga. An incompetent veterinarian who misdiagnosed my dog. No remorse, no apology! If you're looking for an overpriced vet who'll put your pet in a body bag, then this is the place for you. Never again.

Dr. Ladugga and her team have a truly big heart for all animals and their owners. Today, Dr. Ladugga came to our home and euthanized our beloved dog, who was almost 17 years old, relieving him of all his suffering. She was so empathetic, loving, and sensitive in supporting and comforting us through our grief. For over 20 years, we and all our furry friends have been in excellent hands at this wonderful, competent practice. Thank you for everything! The animal and its owner are their absolute priority!

Unfortunately, a very disappointing and cold experience at the most difficult moment. I had to have my beloved rabbit euthanized at the emergency vet clinic after a long illness. We had no other choice – all the other clinics were already closed, and I desperately needed help. Unfortunately, the vet was completely unempathetic, stressed, and cold in this very sensitive situation. Even on the phone, her tone was dismissive. Once there, we were given hardly any time to say goodbye. While my rabbit was still dying, we were asked to fill out forms. This made it nearly impossible for my mother to focus on saying goodbye – it was very hurtful for us. Even after the euthanasia, everything was rushed – there wasn't a moment of peace, understanding, or compassion. It felt more like they were just trying to get it over with quickly than giving a dignified farewell to a beloved pet. I am very sad that my rabbit wasn't able to spend its final days in peace and comfort at a trusted veterinarian's office, but rather under such heartless circumstances. This moment was traumatic for us – it could have been a quiet, dignified farewell. Of course, I'm grateful that we were able to reach anyone at all. But I wish other pet owners would be treated with compassion in such moments – not like a case that needs to be dealt with quickly.
