Klein- und Heimtierpraxis Jung-Hellmann in Oberveischede (Olpe)

Susanne Hellmann is such a loving person, and the animals sense that too. She saved Willi's life two years ago. Willi is a dwarf rabbit and has now lived with me for 8.5 years, thanks to her dental care. The veterinary clinic offers wonderful waiting rooms for dogs, cats, and small animals. They've been running their own business here for a year now, and I highly recommend them! 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷

I highly recommend this practice. The team is extremely friendly and competent, taking the time for individual consultations and professional exchange with colleagues. My dog arrives at the practice relaxed and happy, and we feel very well cared for. Thank you!

We can't thank Ms. Jung and the entire team enough! My dog from Romania needed treatment for heartworms. Since the first of two (planned) hospital stays was an absolute nightmare for my little girl, Ms. Jung did everything she could to allow us to continue the extremely stressful treatment on an outpatient basis at the clinic. We felt incredibly well cared for at all times. After both injections, we were allowed to stay in a separate, quiet room as long as we wanted. There's even a small sofa where Lori could relax and recover from the treatment (see photo). In total, we spent about four hours each day at the clinic over two days. The entire team was incredibly attentive: the veterinarians or the lovely Ms. Horwart kept coming in to check on Lori. Thank you so much, Ms. Jung, and thank you to the whole team for making this possible! Now, of course, we're just hoping that the final test at the end of the year is negative. It's wonderful that you're there! ☺️

I've been taking my rabbits to Ms. Hellmann for many years. She was our vet at the Betzdorf Animal Clinic, and I was always glad when she was on duty. I've rarely, if ever, felt so well taken care of with my rabbits, especially after some very bad experiences at other veterinary practices in the area! It's a blessing that she's now opened her own practice here! Highly recommended for pets! Even on the phone and at reception, you receive friendly and empathetic advice and a warm welcome. There are separate waiting areas, which is very convenient for rabbits. The practice is very well-equipped. The handling and care of the rabbits is professional and loving. You can tell that Ms. Hellmann takes each animal seriously and provides individualized care and treatment. She has saved my rabbit Willi's life several times over the years in emergency situations. He's had major dental surgeries and corrections, which he's recovered from perfectly, and Ms. Hellmann is always ready and competent to provide thorough diagnostics. ... A female rabbit spay went perfectly, as did several "minor" problems and illnesses, all of which were treated and resolved successfully. I can only speak to her rabbit care, but she is DEFINITELY the best veterinarian in the Olpe area!

Ms. Hellmann and her practice team are incredibly dedicated, empathetic, and passionate about their work. They find a suitable solution for every problem. They personally call back to discuss further treatment options. We first became aware of her through another practice, where she was always able to help our degus. Now she has her own practice, and we've essentially "moved" with her. It's not often you find competent and capable specialists in small animal medicine, especially for degus. I always leave here with a good feeling, even though we've had to let one or two animals go due to illness. The warm and honest advice and support during illnesses are invaluable. I am happy and grateful for her work and dedication! I'm happy to travel a longer distance for her. If I could, I would give more than the possible stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
