Short waiting times thanks to well-organized appointment scheduling and a clean, bright environment. The veterinarian explains diagnoses clearly and takes time to answer questions. Clear procedures for emergencies outside of regular office hours.

I took one of my cats to veterinarian Pflüger some time ago, and unfortunately, the visit left a very negative impression. My cat is normally extremely sweet, calm, and good-natured. Despite this, she was handled very roughly, in my opinion. She was forced down with considerable force and appeared extremely frightened and stressed during the examination. I've never heard her cry or howl so pitifully. It was very distressing for me to witness how she was treated. I didn't get the impression that the veterinarian was particularly sensitive or gentle. Especially with animals that are afraid or might be in pain, I expect more calm, patience, and consideration from a veterinarian. For this reason, I unfortunately cannot recommend this practice. It's not even worth one star!

My puppy is very happy here. Such a lovely team. Very empathetic and helpful, even when you're unsure about something. We feel well taken care of.

I entrust my cats and dog only to Dr. Pflüger. He and his staff are very empathetic and highly professional. I gladly drive 150 km after moving away from Attendorn. I hope this doctor will be around for a very, very long time. He makes such beautiful, small incisions during sterilizations. My dog ​​had a problem with his elbow, which the local vet couldn't resolve even after six months. Dr. Pflüger made the correct diagnosis and prescribed the right treatment on the very first visit. There is no better doctor.

My dog ​​had an acute injury, suspected to be a spinal injury, and was unable to stand or walk. The veterinary team refused to see me despite it being an acute emergency.
