Competent doctors. Horrible communication. I dropped my cat off on Sunday night and I got a phone call at 4AM, which I could not answer. There was no message. This completely set me into panic mode and I called back many times and no answer. Got bad news 5 hours later. I took my cat home, so that he can spend out the rest of his days in peace until I am sure he can no longer have a good quality of life. I got another call past midnight last night and a 5 minute message with nothing on it. My cat is home with me and resting at this point. This natural and painful process of letting your pet go has been made even worse by the lack of communication.

I've had two experiences with them. Both times I was referred by my regular vet. First time was for my 19 year old cat struggling to breathe with a nasal tumor. He had surgery through the EMT department and lived another 1 1/2 years. The second time was for my 17 year old cat whose back legs and bladder suddenly stop working. Unfortunately, after an extended exam and lots of tests, we got a not so great prognosis and decided to let him go. 🥺
