They don't have receptionists, which makes things go even faster, I feel, and it's a bit cheaper. However, they always take their time for both the animal and the owner. The costs are very affordable. Any questions can be asked. My hamster was helped, and ultimately, she didn't have to suffer, as she was able to fall asleep peacefully in my hands. Very empathetic veterinarians. They were also careful and honest with my rabbit. Highly recommended 🤍

I visited this veterinary practice for the first time today and I'm absolutely thrilled! I was able to get an appointment at very short notice, which I thought was fantastic. The vet took plenty of time and was very gentle with my dog. She gave him the opportunity to get used to her a little first, which I found very pleasant and professional. I was also particularly impressed by the thorough consultation. I felt that my questions were truly addressed and that I wasn't just rushed through, as is unfortunately sometimes the case at other practices. I felt completely well cared for and will definitely be back. A wonderful practice with heart!

We've been taking our dog Balou to them for about three years now and are very satisfied. It's always easy to get an appointment, usually within 72 hours. They even see emergencies the same day. Since Balou is our first dog, we're often a bit unsure. However, the two vets always take the time to answer our questions and address our concerns, and they even answer general questions over the phone. With previous vets, Balou always had the problem of getting scared, and we had to use tricks to coax him into the practice. Even after three years, vaccinations, infections, and surgeries, he's never been scared here. The vets schedule appointments so that the waiting room is always empty, preventing long waits and unnecessary stress for the animals before their treatment. Before and after the examination, Balou is always allowed to explore the treatment room off-leash. After the treatment, he always gets treats, and the vet can even give them to him by arrangement with the owners.
