The best vet ever! We're regular patients with our three rabbits. Since our Pablo unfortunately has chronic dental and bladder problems, we go there every few weeks for bladder flushing and teeth cleaning. We're so glad we found this practice!! Unfortunately, there aren't many vets who specialize in rabbits, but Dr. Stemann is truly incredibly competent!! Whether it's domestic or wild animals, the animal's welfare is their top priority. I have the utmost respect for their work with wild animals, as, in my experience, many vets refuse to treat them. The practice is very clean and modern, and even has a small garden where you can relax when the weather is nice. They always take their time, no matter how busy or stressful it is. The entire team is incredibly kind, friendly, and top-notch. Whether you're an animal or a human, you definitely feel very well cared for here. We can't thank them enough, but thank you for being there and for what you do! ❤️

We took our rabbit to this veterinary practice for the first time today and we are absolutely thrilled. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and everything was very organized and ran smoothly. You can immediately tell that both the animals and their owners are valued here. Buddy received a thorough examination, and everything was documented, including a detailed surgical and treatment report, which we even received with us. We've never received anything like this before, and it really gives you peace of mind to be able to read everything. You can tell that they don't just treat symptoms here, but consider the animal as a whole. We feel very well cared for because everything is transparent, modern, and yet handled with care. I've been taking my two cats to the Reudnitz veterinary clinic very regularly for the past two years. My male cat is chronically ill and suffers from anxiety. Nowhere else has this been taken as seriously as here. One of our first appointments was even cut short by the vet to protect my cat because he was so stressed. The examinations were rescheduled for a sooner alternative appointment, and my cat now always receives a sedative beforehand. Even though he's generally indifferent to everything afterward, he's treated with great sensitivity (stroking, calm speaking, slow movements, gentle touches/handling, using Feliway, and creating a generally calm atmosphere). I'm so grateful for this approach. Primarily for my cat's comfort, but also because I can finally go to the vet with a bit more peace of mind, since it's not always a traumatic experience for him. I also feel very well cared for professionally at the clinic. And if you ever have any doubts, they don't hold it against you to get a second opinion. The love for animals is clearly evident in both the veterinarians and the veterinary assistants, whether they are pigeons, cats, or other animals. It's such a relief to have finally found a veterinary practice where I consistently feel that my animals are in good hands. 🐱🕊❤️

We are incredibly grateful to have such a wonderful veterinarian for our Miniature Bull Terrier, Loki. 🐾 Especially with such a spirited and sensitive breed, it's particularly important to us that the vet works calmly, patiently, and with understanding – and that's exactly what we experience here every time. Loki is visibly comfortable, greeted warmly, and treated with great care. The vet always takes plenty of time, explains everything clearly, and answers our questions thoroughly.
