We arrived on time and were called in for the examination immediately. My dog, Emiel, was handled very kindly, calmly, and sensitively. The second appointment was even moved up because my dog behaved impeccably and cooperated wonderfully. After the examinations, we were called into the treatment room, and the diagnosis, therapy, etc., were discussed in detail. Any questions I had were answered clearly. The best part, however, was that I had only called the day before, and we were able to get an appointment for a cardiac ultrasound the very next day, and later for an abdominal ultrasound. Excellent service overall.
