I can only say... catastrophic!! Upon entering the practice, there wasn't even a greeting. Not a hello, nothing. We were there with our dog. We, or rather our dog, received help. He's a little difficult, but manageable. They wouldn't treat such an animal. First, they told us we needed a muzzle, then we could come back, and they practically threw us out of the practice. I'm speechless at such behavior from a veterinarian. We will, of course, never set foot in that place again.
I have been a satisfied customer for years. Ms. Antons is always helpful and friendly. Thank you for the great work.

We visited Ms. Anton's veterinary practice again today, and we are delighted with her manner and how she handles our guinea pig. She takes her time, explains everything thoroughly, and is very empathetic. It's a shame that there are fewer and fewer vets like her; we've had very different experiences elsewhere.
