Super
The entire team is very empathetic. My dog is 19 years old and Dr. Sauernheimer operated on him; the surgery went well. Thank you so much, Doctor.
Very friendly team, excellent advice 👍🏻. Waiting times are short. We enjoy going to this practice and would recommend it.
I want to thank the entire veterinary team from the bottom of my heart. You truly gave your all to help my beloved cat, Tommy, when he became so seriously ill. Even when it was clear we couldn't save him, you gave us two precious months. Two months in which we could still be with him, love him, pamper him, and simply be by his side. It wasn't always easy, but there were many beautiful, peaceful, intimate moments that we will never forget. And when it was no longer possible, you were there. With so much compassion, calm, and understanding. You gave us time. Space to say goodbye. No pressure, no stress. Just the feeling that my little treasure was in good hands. This allowed Tommy to fall asleep peacefully and safely in my arms. For this, and for everything you did and how you did it, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You helped not only Tommy, but us as well. And because a home without a pet is a quiet, desolate place, we will certainly see each other again. 🤍🐾
My friend's cat suddenly became seriously ill; it all happened so fast. During this difficult time, the entire team at this veterinary practice was a true ray of sunshine. All the veterinarians, with their unwavering dedication, extensive expertise, and profound love for animals, did everything they could to save the cat. Every possibility was explored, nothing was overlooked. You could feel at every moment that this wasn't just about medicine, but about compassion and genuine care. The assistants were also consistently warm, attentive, and incredibly loving, both towards the animals and towards us as their owners. Ultimately, despite all our efforts, we had to let him go. But even the euthanasia was handled in a way I've never experienced before: calm, respectful, and full of compassion. The cat was able to fall asleep in our arms, safe and stress-free. For this, and for everything before, we thank the entire team from the bottom of our hearts. You are truly something special. 🐾❤️
