A very friendly and empathetic practice team with a great love and connection to animals. We are always delighted, and the consultations are very personal and heartfelt. You can tell that they put their heart and soul into everything, not just the animals' well-being, but also their individual circumstances and stories. The treatments, the way they handle them, and the consultations are always top-notch, and here the animal and their owner are the priority, not the insurance company. Absolutely recommendable.
