The staff is very friendly and the animals are treated with great care. Mr. Bünge is a highly competent veterinarian. He is very calm and patient and explains everything very thoroughly; he is also happy to answer any questions. We brought our cat in on Saturday, and he was immediately given a thorough examination. Mr. Bünge quickly determined that urinary stones were causing a urinary retention. He treated our cat as an inpatient over the weekend and called us every day to update us on his condition. We are very grateful to Mr. Bünge for his efforts and help and highly recommend him.

I would like to thank Dr. Bünge and his team for the wonderful, empathetic way they treat their little patients. He explains things thoroughly and, in my opinion, embodies the professional ethics of a veterinarian 100%. The practice's location is simply superb – ideal for taking your dog for a short walk and thus shortening the waiting time in a relaxed manner. A particularly convenient feature: you receive a pager at reception that signals when you can go directly into the examination room. The team on-site is simply amazing. The ladies (the heart and soul of the practice) are incredibly supportive – not only for Dr. Bünge, but also for us pet owners. Whether your furry friend has an accident due to excitement, is still thinking about their food, or is simply very anxious, the team reacts immediately, lovingly, and reassuringly. You always receive expert advice and are always greeted with a smile. And now to the doctor: As soon as you enter the examination room, Dr. Bünge radiates an incredible sense of calm and warmth. Even our anxious dog and cat were suddenly quite brave in his presence. He handles the patients so gently, stroking them and whispering affectionately to them, "Sweetie." You can just tell how much he loves animals and that their well-being is his top priority. We are incredibly grateful to have found this practice and can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Bünge and his team to every pet owner.

I urgently needed a vet for my dog ​​today, as our usual one had no appointments available. Since I'd only heard good things about this practice from friends, I contacted them and explained my situation. We got an appointment immediately, my dog ​​was examined, and even though the diagnosis wasn't good, I'm still very satisfied and can highly recommend this practice. After we found an injured pigeon, neither the veterinary office, the environmental agency, nor other veterinarians or clinics felt responsible. A friendly employee arranged an appointment for us without any fuss, and Mr. Bünge helped us immediately and efficiently. Although the pigeon couldn't be saved (due to the severity of its injuries), putting an animal out of its misery is also a form of animal welfare. Thank you so much!
