Hello, If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Dr. Gensler is the kind of veterinarian you could only wish for your pet. We had to take our little Daisy to her at short notice due to a severe infection. The very quick appointment scheduling and her excellent availability deserve special mention. She cared for our little cat with great love and understanding. You can quickly tell that Dr. Gensler practices her profession with great passion and expertise. The animal's well-being is her top priority. The individual billing items and their amounts were also very reasonable. Our little cat is in absolutely good hands with her, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this veterinarian. We have finally found a veterinarian with whom both our little darling and her owners feel comfortable.

Where do I even begin? This veterinary practice is simply fantastic, from every angle. The building itself is a dream, so beautifully designed, and inside you'll find everything you could possibly need for your pet, whether it's big or small. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, not just for the animals, but for the owners too. No matter what questions you have, they'll answer them all and give you excellent advice. You saved my dwarf rabbit, Brownie, from certain death. Thank you for being there!

We rescued a young tomcat from absolutely desolate circumstances and were able to come by immediately after a phone call. The vet seems to be a very kind person and won't do anything that could harm the animal further (there are all sorts of vets, after all). Now we have to wait until we can pick him up and hope for the best. I will gladly continue this review afterward.

Absolutely fantastic veterinarians and, of course, the assistants are amazing! ☺️ We and our Labrador always feel well cared for and treated – whether it's routine vaccinations or eye infections, we always receive excellent advice! They also carefully consider which examinations are truly necessary – which, of course, saves money! 💰 Five more stars because my daughter always gets all her questions about animals answered when we bring our dog in for treatment – ​​huge praise for being both animal- and child-friendly! ♥️ You're doing a fantastic job – kudos! 👍🏻
