Dr. Mörchel is a wonderful veterinarian with whom both pet and owner can feel completely at ease and comfortable. She is incredibly empathetic and always prioritizes the animal's well-being. Everything is explained so clearly, which alleviates any anxieties and teaches you how to act appropriately. Her calm demeanor also has a positive effect on the animal. She is easily accessible, and you always have someone to talk to – it's truly fantastic. Thank you so much for everything! 🥰 She is a veterinarian with a heart of gold.

I called Ms. Mörchel around 11 p.m., thinking she was on call for emergency veterinary care, and she gave me instructions over the phone on how to help my cat, who was engorged with fluids, using the tablets I had on hand. I didn't think my cat would survive the night, but she did, thanks to Ms. Mörchel's instructions over the phone. Thank you so much again!

Thanks to Ms. Morchel. I arrived in an emergency situation with my cat Lolly, who had been hit by a car. It was the middle of the night when I arrived. She quickly helped Lolly and also comforted me, who was at my wit's end, and offered words of encouragement. We sat there until almost 2 a.m., until the pain medication took effect for Lolly. She texted a colleague who has an X-ray machine so I could come by the next day. Thanks again to Ms. Morchel for the comforting words and quick help. ...

Ms. Mörchel is a very competent and extremely compassionate veterinarian whom we highly recommend! She took a great deal of time for us – and that was on a Sunday morning at 4:30 a.m. during the emergency call! The veterinarian assigned to us, who would have been on call, had turned off her cell phone... Ms. Mörchel helped us with excellent advice from afar; we were even able to send her a photo of the vomit so she could assess the appropriate course of action. Thank you so much!!! If it weren't for the distance, we would change practices!
