I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Mörchel. She was on call last night and helped me very kindly and calmly over the phone. She took the time to give me important information and helpful tips for my dog, which was a great help in that situation. Thank you so much for the quick, competent, and compassionate support – it's truly exceptional. I felt very well cared for.

Dr. Mörchel is a wonderful veterinarian with whom both pet and owner can feel completely at ease and comfortable. She is incredibly empathetic and always prioritizes the animal's well-being. Everything is explained so clearly, which alleviates any anxieties and teaches you how to act appropriately. Her calm demeanor also has a positive effect on the animal. Ms. Mörchel is a highly competent and extremely empathetic veterinarian whom we can wholeheartedly recommend! She took a great deal of time for us – and that was on a Sunday morning at 4:30 a.m. during the emergency phone call! The veterinarian who was supposed to be on call for our pet had her cell phone switched off... Ms. Mörchel helped us with excellent advice remotely; we were even able to send her a photo of the vomit so she could assess how to proceed. Thank you so much!!! If it weren't for the distance, we would switch veterinary practices!

I called Ms. Mörchel around 11 p.m., thinking she was on call for emergency veterinary care, and she gave me instructions over the phone on how to help my cat, who was engorged with fluids, using the tablets I had on hand. I didn't think my cat would survive the night, but she did, thanks to Ms. Mörchel's instructions over the phone. Thank you so much again!
