I went to the practice with great anxiety to inquire about their services. I was immediately greeted in a friendly, competent, and calm manner – excellent! For my appointment with my cat, who was a panic patient, they took their time. A few days later, we had to bring him back to the practice again as an emergency, without an appointment, because Paulchen was very ill. They immediately tried to help us on the phone, and we were able to come in. The whole team took such wonderful care of the examinations he received, all so professionally and without any rush. Dr. Gröschner explained everything to us clearly and very sensitively. Unfortunately, we had to let Paulchen go. Even this happened (although the practice was now full) calmly and without any rush, and with plenty of space for our emotions. The team was so empathetic that we were able to consciously surrender to this difficult process. It was helpful, and we thank Dr. Gröschner from the bottom of our hearts for her help and support. A big thank you to the whole team as well!
