I contacted Dr. Arnold and her team because my usual vet was unavailable, and the vet covering for her had initially panicked me over the phone, insisting I had to take my cat to the vet immediately, as it might be "too late" a few hours later. They claimed they didn't have time for me and my cat and that I should call somewhere else (thanks a lot!). Despite being very busy, Dr. Arnold took the time to see me and at least examine my cat. She was very empathetic towards both my cat and me and was able to calm me down. It turned out that, thankfully, it wasn't as critical as the receptionist had diagnosed over the phone. Dr. Arnold examined my cat thoroughly and was able to treat him with antibiotics. A urine sample I submitted later was analyzed the same day, and the results were promptly provided. We were on holiday in Schmalkalden and needed a vet for our dog. Our beloved pet had problems with his claws and wouldn't let anyone near his paws. We called Dr. Arnold and were able to come in the same day. Our dog received quick and easy treatment. He can walk and jump around perfectly again. The staff at the practice were wonderful and friendly. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you so much for the prompt assistance.
