I visited Dr. Arnold and her team because my vet wasn't available, and the substitute veterinarian initially freaked me out on the phone, saying I needed to take my cat to the vet immediately because it might be "too late" a few hours later, but they didn't have time for me and him at the moment and I should call someone else (thank you very much). Dr. Arnold, even though they were busy there too, took the time for me and at least took a look at him. She was very empathetic to both my cat and me and was able to put me at ease. Fortunately, it turned out that the condition wasn't as acute as the substitute veterinarian had remotely diagnosed. Dr. Arnold examined my cat thoroughly and was able to help him with antibiotics. A urine sample from my little cat, submitted at a later date, was analyzed the same day, and the results were communicated to me immediately. I can highly recommend this veterinary practice; you can confidently entrust your pet to their care. Dr. Arnhold is a lovely veterinarian who is very calm and patient with the animal, provides excellent advice when you have questions, and makes the correct diagnosis in no time. The entire team around Dr. Arnhold is simply fantastic.

We were on holiday in Schmalkalden and needed a vet for our dog. Our beloved pet had problems with his claws and wouldn't let anyone near his paws. We called Dr. Arnold and were able to come in the same day. Our dog received quick and easy treatment. He can walk and jump around perfectly again.
