We had previously been to two different veterinarians in the area, where our elderly dog ​​was always just given quick injections and medications that didn't help her at all, but quickly lightened my wallet considerably. Then, through acquaintances, we came across Dr. Oetzel's practice. From the very first visit, we felt incredibly well cared for. Our dog received a thorough examination with plenty of time and dedication. Her dental surgery went perfectly, and the price was absolutely reasonable (I had even expected to pay more). At the end, they clearly stated that we had exhausted all treatment options and that they weren't just trying to make money. Unfortunately, in the end, there was nothing more they could do for my dog, and so we had to make the difficult decision to have her put down. Even though I never wanted her to die in a cold, sterile examination room, I can say it was okay. The nurses and the vet were so kind and compassionate! We can wholeheartedly recommend this practice and will continue to take our cats there as well! Thank you for everything, dear team ❤️

Five stars for the practice! Dr. Lesser and the nurses are very friendly and handled our cat Mausi with great care. Dr. Lesser explained everything perfectly, and you even get the right medication to take home. Now I just hope it works! It's also great that you can always call the practice, even on Sundays and holidays. Our Mausi says thank you!
