I am so incredibly disappointed with the treatment our dog received at this practice. The wound became infected due to inadequate shaving, the aftercare instructions were unprofessional, and there was no pain medication. I could add several other serious issues, but that would be going too far. The rating system really needs to include negative stars to accurately reflect the service. My verdict: MINUS 5 stars

So far, I can only report positive experiences: friendly veterinarian who takes his time for treatment and consultation, fair prices, ample parking right at the practice, the practice isn't modern, but I think the good treatment of the animals is the most important thing 👍🏻

I had my first appointment with my puppy today. Everyone was incredibly attentive and considerate and took everything calmly. We're very happy and will definitely come back!

The treatment is carried out with focus and expertise. If the cat recovers, the owner is happy...

I wholeheartedly agree with the review that I would give negative stars!! I called the vet at 4 PM "as an emergency" because our rabbit was bleeding heavily between its legs. I told the woman on the phone that the cage was full of blood, and she told us to come in immediately! So we did! We then informed the vet that we were calling as an emergency, and he told us there were others in the waiting room and that we should please wait; everyone would be seen! Sorry, but no animal in the waiting room was bleeding as badly as our rabbit! NEVER AGAIN!!!
