Dr. Schneppe is a truly excellent and empathetic veterinarian. He always took great care of our dog. I highly recommend him.

We've been taking our animals to Dr. Schneppe for many years, and he's always been there for us, day and night! Even our extremely anxious Boxer/Bordeux Mastiff mix 🤣 [who sometimes gives us funny looks] now goes into the examination room willingly. Great vet!

Mr. Schneppe is a wonderful veterinarian, and I am incredibly grateful for how lovingly, calmly, and sensitively he treated my cat. Sadly, we had to have her put down a few hours ago, and I am thankful for his words, his calm demeanor, for allowing us some time alone with her—simply for everything. Here, animals are treated like real living beings, and communication with me, the owner, is always proper and honest. A huge thank you and much appreciation from the bottom of my heart.

We first went to Dr. Schneppe four years ago for our cat's neutering. We were very satisfied and felt very well cared for. We knew immediately that we would stay there! Our cat seemed to agree, as he received plenty of cuddles from everyone. In November 2023, we had an emergency with our cat late one evening. I was so scared and panicked that I called Dr. Schneppe. He wasn't on call. Despite this, we were able to come in immediately, and he took all the time in the world to care for our cat and for me. The subsequent surgery also went perfectly. For minor issues (she had pulled out a stitch), I could send him pictures or come by in person. We would entrust our animals to him again and again!

I would like to express my sincere recommendation for veterinarian Volker Schneppe! From the moment we arrived at the practice with our little dog as an emergency case over the Pentecost weekend, we immediately felt welcome, cared for, and, most importantly, taken seriously as a 17-year-old dog. Dr. Schneppe takes the time to answer all questions thoroughly and treats both the animals and us as owners with great empathy. The entire team radiates friendliness and professionalism, and the relaxed and warm conversations are a real bonus. You can immediately tell that this isn't just a job for them, but a true passion for animals, which, in our experience, is unfortunately rare these days, especially with older animals. Dr. Schneppe demonstrates extensive knowledge and experience, which was incredibly reassuring for us as pet owners. We particularly appreciate his truly calm and relaxed manner and the loving care he gave our Millie until the very end.
