We visited this practice twice recently. Our dog has eye illness and heart disease. Both times doctors were friendly and could speak English. It seemed like our dog was not as stressed as usual. Prices are reasonable.

We went to get an EU-Pass. It was easy to get the appointment, the attention was nice and the prices were good. I truly recommend it

After several very anxious days and a great deal of worry about my dog, Dr. Reupke took an extraordinary amount of time – not only for the thorough examination, but also to address my anxieties. Every question was answered calmly, clearly, and with great patience. You feel truly heard and not just "processed." The care is outstanding all around – via the app, by phone, and of course, in person at the clinic. You get a quick response and immediately realize that the animal and its owner are truly the focus here. The explanations were clear and easy to understand, the examination very thorough – and I left feeling much more at ease. That's exactly what you want when you're very worried about your pet. For me, this is an absolute 5-star clinic – simply top-notch both professionally and personally. Thank you so much for the wonderful and empathetic support from Kappa!

In an emergency, we were able to bring our dog in immediately, even during the lunch break, although we weren't patients at the practice at that time. The practice is in a fantastic location with its own parking lot. The waiting room is incredibly well-designed with small, cozy nooks, in case animals don't get along. There's also a separate waiting room for cats. The practice is bright and welcoming. Our dog received a loving yet highly professional examination and treatment. Blood tests can be done on-site and analyzed immediately in the emergency lab, or you can even get a personal call on Friday evening from, for example, Dr. Häusler to discuss the results. We've always been warmly welcomed, and communication by phone and email is excellent. Medication pickups always come with a personalized sticker for your pet, indicating the type and duration of the dosage. I find the friendliness, expertise, and facilities of this practice to be unparalleled. Absolute recommendation for Dr. Häsler and the entire team
