The entire practice team is very friendly and always has an open ear for their clients. Although my dog ​​isn't always the easiest to handle in a veterinary practice, very good solutions were found; for example, I'm always allowed to enter the examination room through the side entrance. All treatment steps are explained very well, and plenty of time is taken for conversation.
