We went there for the first time yesterday with our little girl, referred by our vet, and we are absolutely thrilled with how everything went. Separate waiting area for dogs and cats is a great idea👍😄 The staff are incredibly friendly. The practice is super modern and clean, plus it's on the ground floor, with no stairs, etc. Dr. Lehner is incredible. We were with him for two and a half hours, and he spent the entire time just for us, with no other patients. You don't have to summarize everything at lightning speed and then forget some important detail in your haste. He really listens and takes the time to explain everything lovingly, even drawing it on paper if necessary. Our dog also bravely let him do everything, so we had real trust in him, which you could really feel. He took samples from every location, performed punctures, and immediately examined everything in his lab. And then discussed everything in detail. This practice is a 10 out of 10. I rarely write reviews, but in this case, it's important to me. Yesterday, we visited the veterinary practice for the first time (our previous vet retired) because of an urgent problem with our dog. I received a very friendly welcome and helpful advice over the phone, and was given an appointment very quickly that same day. I was also told on the phone that if anything else came up, I could call earlier at any time. We were very pleasantly surprised by the wonderful veterinary practice and the friendly, competent reception from the veterinary assistants. After a short wait, we were warmly greeted by Dr. Lehner, and our dog received a truly thorough and comprehensive examination. Further tests were necessary, and once these were completed, Dr. Lehner explained the next steps to us in detail and with great expertise. We felt extremely well cared for at this practice and were 100% convinced that everything is done with the animal's best interests at heart. This practice deserves 10 out of 10 stars; unfortunately, I can only give 5. Thank you so much for this fantastic veterinary practice with its wonderful team and amazing vet. We will definitely continue to take our dog there. Thank you so much for everything.

A truly wonderful and visually appealing veterinary practice. From the very beginning, I felt very understood and well cared for. The entire practice team is very friendly and always has an open ear for their clients. Although my dog ​​isn't always the easiest to handle in a veterinary practice, very good solutions were found; for example, I'm always allowed to enter the examination room through the side entrance. All treatment steps are explained very well, and plenty of time is taken for conversation. My conclusion: This veterinary practice is highly competent both medically and personally, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. I haven't felt so comfortable and understood at a veterinary clinic in a long time.
