A highly competent veterinary team!! I especially must commend the veterinary assistants. No matter what the issue is...they always share their expertise with me, explain everything, and work through it thoroughly. I went there with my dog, who was in quite bad shape (he was stressed), and he was treated immediately. Dr. Stooss and his team made him "my" dog again. They cared for him for months, with short waiting times, remained calm, were always approachable, and were extremely competent. RESPECT!! ...and many thanks!

Highly competent and kind veterinarians and veterinary assistants. They truly do everything possible to help the animal (in my case, cats) and offer genuinely open and honest advice. We even travel a considerable distance for them. It's really important to me that my animals receive thorough examinations and treatment.

We took our cat to Dr. Stooss and his team for the first time because our usual vet was on vacation. Even though three other practices in the area were closed, we were able to get an emergency appointment at short notice. That was anything but a given. The practice was very busy that day, but we didn't have to wait long. Dr. Stooss took his time and, most importantly, asked many insightful questions. Diagnosis: 40.5 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit). Our little guy received an IV and was given pain and fever-reducing medication. He also gave us some helpful tips and tricks. I was also pleasantly surprised at the checkout. The "exorbitant prices" mentioned in the reviews were nowhere to be found! Our cat is now doing well again. We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Stooss and his team. He's a great guy.

Very incompetent, not at all professional, very discarded, without empathy and only tied to money with prices that are too high, everyone run away and save your animals. Two years ago I brought my dog ​​explaining all the symptoms well, they didn't understand that it was pyometra, I called my vet in Italy on the phone and only over the phone did I explain the symptoms and he understood that she had to be operated on urgently and so she was saved by a clinic in Memmingen, it was a weekend, when on Monday I went to them and explained what had happened he was rude, impolite and without apologizing, after a while the doctor insisted on having her wear one of their flea collars after I told her a thousand times no because as a puppy she had encephalitis and could only wear natural products but she, very angry and arrogant, forced me, I am Italian and I don't know the laws here how it works, I let myself be convinced after two days the encephalitis returned so I ran to save her again and succeeded but She didn't recover well, in fact it brought consequences of two years of suffering until Saturday evening she died, now I will turn to everyone I want to know how the law works and I hope that these butchers close, I hope that those who have had bad experiences like me can get together and have them closed because they are not doctors but incompetent people who only think about damned bad money 😡
