I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding care my cat Bounty receives at this veterinary practice. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcome and in good hands – both as a pet owner and as a pet itself. They work with such calm, patience, and empathy. The entire team takes their time, explains every step clearly, and lovingly attends to the animal's needs. Dr. Gimmler's expertise and meticulousness during examinations and treatments are particularly impressive. You can immediately tell that they work with heart and passion. Nothing is rushed; the animal's well-being is always the top priority. I have complete confidence in this practice and feel I am receiving the best possible advice. For me, there is no better vet for my cat – I highly recommend them!

A huge THANK YOU to the wonderful, empathetic veterinarians Dr. Backofen and Gimmler and their team, and a heartfelt recommendation for their practice. When our cat Balou recently fell ill, we were able to take him to their open consultation hours on Saturday, and subsequently, they were able to schedule appointments at short notice until he recovered. We felt so well cared for, and it's clear how much they care about the animals.

Our trusted small animal veterinary practice for over ten years. I think that says more than various adjectives like empathetic, reliable, ... 😉
