From registration to consultation, preparation, and treatment – absolutely top-notch. A very friendly and competent team who treated both my dog and me with love and empathy. The veterinary care provided by Dr. Braun and Dr. Stief was fantastic, superbly organized, with excellent explanations of each step and very effective medication. I was allowed to be present when my dog was put under and woken up, and we received optimal care and support. The aftercare was very pleasant. I am incredibly grateful for the loving and competent care at the veterinary practice of Dr. Dirk Braun in Losheim. Regarding the prices, I can only say that high-quality services cost money, but it pays off in the long run because there are fewer complications. A huge compliment to the team at Dr. Braun's practice.

A highly recommended veterinary practice! You can immediately tell that they work with a lot of heart, calm, and genuine expertise. Both the veterinarian and the entire team take their time, explain everything clearly, and treat the animals with loving care. The staff is friendly, helpful, and organized, so you immediately feel well cared for. Thank you so much for the excellent service – we will definitely be back!
