We've taken our 14.5-year-old dachshund mix to this practice several times now. Dr. Hommel and her team are always kind and friendly. She is very competent. We can recommend this practice without hesitation.

It's a real shame, as we initially had a very good feeling about it. We had inquired about a price beforehand, which was then confirmed. All good – we made an appointment and went for the consultation. The consultation was good, no complaints there. We learned new things and refreshed our knowledge – so everything was fine. Then, suddenly, the dog was examined, even though this was neither necessary nor had been agreed upon. Oh well, I thought to myself: the dog is fine – so let's continue. After the consultation, we left and made another appointment for the treatment – again, all okay. Then, however, I received a bill for €30. When I asked what it was for, I was told: for the examination. But I wasn't there for an examination – the staff member had already performed it independently. Well, I accepted it. When I then asked again what the final cost of the treatment would be, I was shocked: €55 more than originally agreed upon! That's a lot of money. I then canceled everything and left. No reaction, except: "Okay." I find that disappointing – but apparently, they make enough money by charging fees for everything, even missed appointments, etc. Perhaps one can understand that, but I find it rather excessive. Since I find your company's handling of data protection unsatisfactory, I am unfortunately forced to deduct two stars. Furthermore, I had specifically asked about both the six-monthly and the annual injections, and I was quoted two prices. Sincerely,
