I just read the latest review and, to be honest, I can hardly believe it. We've been using Ms. Halm as our vet for several years now, for both our dogs and our horses. She has always been competent, compassionate, and friendly. She was always there for us, even in difficult situations. However, I noticed that the reviewer's assessment was predominantly negative. We absolutely cannot agree with these views.

The only vet I know who readily offers house calls for small animals. Even the tartar removal with light sedation could be done comfortably in my home, which is a huge advantage if you have a fearful dog who doesn't like car rides. Furthermore, I've always received all the information and advice I needed, without being pressured into anything unnecessary. It's not always just about making money; she primarily acts in the best interests of the animals. I've been taking all my dogs to her for a long time, and I've never been left in the lurch or felt afterward that what she did wasn't in the best interest of the animal. I can easily give her 5 stars and am very happy she's back.

Yesterday, we had to have our dog euthanized, a procedure performed by Ms. Halm at our home. She took her time, patiently and calmly conducting a thorough examination and discussing possible alternatives with us. She accepted our decision to let our beloved pet go and carried out a stress-free and respectful euthanasia. It was a loving farewell for us as well. We can only express our deepest respect and heartfelt thanks to Ms. Halm. A wonderful veterinarian with a heart of gold, whom we highly recommend.

When we had to say a heartbreaking goodbye to our beloved pet, Ms. Halm came to our home, where our kitten was able to pass away peacefully and without fear. Ms. Halm also provided us humans with very competent and compassionate support. I thank Ms. Halm for her dedication and am glad that she makes home visits to animals.

Yesterday we had to say goodbye to our gentle giant, Lukas. Ms. Halm's calm and professional approach had a profound effect on both us and him. My many years of experience in nursing confirm her competence. Lukas remained conscious of us until the anesthesia took effect. He maintained eye contact with my wife until his eyes closed.
